Shopware is an established PHP based ecommerce platform, launched by 2 brothers (Stefan and Sebastian Hamann) in Germany in 2000. The current version is Shopware 6, and there are 2 core paid versions; Professional and Enterprise. There is also an open source free Community edition available. According to Builtwith.com, there are around 50,000 ecommerce stores currently using Shopware.
It is possible to export orders as a CSV file from Shopware, but the export option is not found on the Orders screen as you might expect. Instead in your Shopware admin panel you should go to Settings, then click Import/Export, then click the Export tab and finally select the Default orders profile to generate your CSV export. By default, Shopware uses a semicolon delimiter for CSV exports; RFM Calc supports this no problem, but you can also change the delimiter to a comma by creating a new profile for order exports if you wish.
