Volusion is a US based software-as-a-service ecommerce platform solution, originally founded way back in 1999, making it one of the oldest ecommerce platforms in the world. How to Connect your Volusion Ecommerce Store to RFM Calc
Volusion does natively support CSV order exports (like all good ecommerce platforms) but it's not via the order screen under Orders then Process Orders as you might expect. Instead (and slightly confusingly), you should go to Inventory and then Import/Export in your Volusion admin panel. Then using the Export From dropdown field, select the Orders table and you can select all the columns (or deselect any you don't want to export) which will then allow you to download a full orders CSV file in your browser.
